A. Only one email address can be associated with any type of ZooWhiz account. However, you may follow the work around below to get the most out of ZooWhiz.
A. Create Option:
If you’re a parent as well as a teacher, please use your teacher email address to register a Teacher Management Account and your personal email address for your Parent Management Account. You’ll be able to free up an email address to register for another account type by changing the email address within the management gateway after sign in. The instructions are as follow:
1. Sign in to your Parent or Teacher Management Account
2. Click on “Edit your Account”
3. Change the email address to another one
4. Click on “Apply”
A. Sharing Option:
If you need to share the administrator role between different teachers in your school, please join the “Trusted School Community”.
If you want to share your ZooWhiz Parent Management account with your spouse, you will need to share the email address and password that you have used to register ZooWhiz.
A. For parents and teachers
If you have forgotten your password, you’ll be able to retrieve your password by following the steps below:
1. Clicking on the “Forgot your password?” link on the sign in screen
2. Enter the email address that you’ve registered ZooWhiz with
3. Click on submit
An email will be sent to you containing a link to reset your password. This is to verify that you are the owner of the account.
A. For kids
If you have forgotten your password, your parent or teacher can find your username by logging in to their account and viewing your profile.
A. Please send us an email from the email address that you’ve registered ZooWhiz with and request for a verification email to resend to you. You may send us an email
